who aren't as strong, have arthritis, young or older, or sipmply

This cinch is made with a super soft, very pliable neoprene, which is great for those

horses who need more grip to help hold the saddle in place.  This neoprene is easy

to clean, and it literally can be velcroed apart for complete cleaning!  Just hose it off
